Course Summary:
This new and unique course provides an opportunity for veterinary practice staff to achieve a client care award specific to their profession. Study is by work book and students are encouraged to attend a Client Care Skills course prior to starting the BTEC. Studying is at the students own pace and there is not time penalty on this award. Workbook 1:-Working with Clients Introduces students to the key skills required to work effectively with clients. Workbook 2 - Managing the Cleint - Pet Bond The Concept of the Client - Pet Bond is examined and how this governs the relationship between practice and client. Students will also learn how to cope with bereavement. Workbook 3 - Maintaining and Improving Client Services The tools and techniques required to enable client's complaints to be handled effectively, so the practice learns from the experience This course is managed by associate company In Practice Learning Ltd
