This new and unique course provides an opportunity for veterinary practice staff to achieve a client care award specific to their profession.
Study is by work book and students are encouraged to attend a Client Care Skills course prior to starting the BTEC. Studying is at the students own pace and there is not time penalty on this award.
Workbook 1:-Working with Clients
Introduces students to the key skills required to work effectively with clients.
Workbook 2 - Managing the Cleint - Pet Bond
The Concept of the Client - Pet Bond is examined and how this governs the relationship between practice and client. Students will also learn how to cope with bereavement.
Workbook 3 - Maintaining and Improving Client Services
The tools and techniques required to enable client's complaints to be handled effectively, so the practice learns from the experience
