Client Care Workshops - A new approach

We have developed a new modular approach to our Client Care programme in conjunction with Mark Moran of Vets in Business Ltd., The courses which will start in November will be modular in format, dealing with, Making a difference, to animals,their owners, ourselves and the practice, Taking the problem out of problem clients, and , Helping Clients to act in the best interest of their pet. With these moudules it means that the practice can release staff for the workshop/s that will be of most benefit.
